Turbine has published a store update for Update 11 listing the changes to the LOTRO Store.

Hobbit Presents are coming to LOTRO! What are they? They appear to be free gifts given to players for just logging in.

Turbine has posted on their forums a Store Offer Update: 10 showing what is new, modified and removed from the store with the latest update.
