A Developer Diary, written by Joe ‘”jwbarry” Barry, was released today focusing again on the Isengard Cluster that came with Update 5. And although I thought it was strange that we would see another diary focusing on the cluster it appears that while the Roundtable was focused on the process of designing the cluster, today’s focuses on the end result.

Recently, upon hearing that there was adventure to be had, a corrupt wizard to challenge and rumors of pie (hey, they’ve got to have some food in there…), some kinmates and I decided to break into Isengard to help do our part in ridding Middle-earth of evil.

LEAD guides the way into Nan Curunir, sneaking into Isengard to witness the rise of Saruman’s war machine.

Rise of Isengard has officially launched and Turbine has shared a launch trailer and some new screenshots of new monsters.
