I missed the announcement but as of around 9:30pm Eastern yesterday, the LOTRO store (and all other Turbine services) are restored.

Celestrata has confirmed that the two new dungeons, Halls of Night and Inn of the Forsaken, are now available in the LOTRO store for free and premium players to purchase.

Today Turbine released some official screenshots with the launch of Update 3: Lost Legends of Eriador which is now live on Turbine servers!

Two developer diaries were published today for the two new instances coming with Lost Legends of Eriador (Update 3) next week.

Update 3′s new Instances are explored… and found to be exciting adventures!
