Casual Stroll to Mordor

Turbine is once again hosting their Pumpkin Carving Contest. This is not a LOTRO specific contest as the pumpkins can be carved for any of their MMO titles.

Last week Pineleaf hosted another poetry contest this time offering three prizes to finest writers of Eriador, Dunland and Rohan poems.

Turbine is hosting a “White Hand of Saruman” contest asking players to submit pictures of creative places to find the White Hand marker.

As we prepare to head for the lands surrounding Isengard, the minstrels and poets write of the challenges we will face and the deeds we will accomplish.

Judging screenshot contests are hard! However, the CSTM was able to select their favorite from our Secret Grove ring contest and here is the winner!

This fabulous prize is courtesy of Welby who I had the good fortune of meeting and chatting quite a bit with at the Turbine PAX East Party. Welby was very generous and handed us this copy for the Theatrical version of The Lord of the Rings trilogy on Blu-Ray to give away to one of our lucky fans!
