Third Age – Total War is a mod for Medieval II Total War Kingdoms that is considered to be one of the best Lord of the Rings games and the best part is that it is completely free as long as you have the expansion for Medieval II.

Just had to share this. As seen on The Mary Sue, there is a 12-minute The Hobbit cartoon directed by Gene Deitch, whom old folks like me will associate with Tom and Jerry cartoons.

If you’re even a minor Tolkien fan, unless you’ve been living under a rock without access to the interweb, you probably know that Peter Jackson is producing and directing not one, but two, movies based on The Hobbit.

What we have today is a small house a Tolkien fanatic built to house all of his Tolkien collectibles!
