While some players have multiple Thanes in Hytbold, but some have yet to even step into the realm of Isengard. But for those looking towards the future do you start the Hytbold dailies?

Let me say that I love this series. Each one is a different take on computer games that portray interactions between characters within a game.

This week I want to tell you all about a free mobile Lord of the Rings based game that I downloaded to my iPad and then forced my Dum Leader, Hoppy to play with me so you’d get information from someone who is a better player than myself.

We had a few people send us this very well done re-enactment using the My Little Ponies for the characters.

It’s not often that I get to write a truly “geeky” article, but every once in a while I can manage to sneak one in under the guise of blogging for LOTRO. In this case, I think it’s also pretty relevant in that my recent foray into computer hardware also has a true benefit on my gaming time.

Earlier this week, our family travelled up to Traverse City, Michigan to stay at the Great Wolf Lodge there. We’d never been there before and the purpose was for a long weekend get-away and some indoor water park fun. What we didn’t expect was for Baby Hobbit to become completely fascinated with an activity at the hotel called MagiQuest.
