446-596
Store Location: Account → Quests & Content → Quest Packs
Levels: All
CSTM RECOMMENDATION: If you were looking to pick up a few zones you are missing, this is a great opportunity! 25% off isn’t the best sale we’ve seen for quest pack content but it’s still better than paying full price. It’s been a while since we’ve seen a quest pack sale so don’t hesitate!
Legacies
25% Off
Customize your Legendary Items the way that you want! Replace legacies with ones that are more appropriate to your needs. When you have the right legacies in your Legendary Items, you’ll be able to deal more damage, heal more effectively, generate higher threat, and more!

195-795
146-596
Store Location: Goods & Services → Legendary Items → Legacies
Levels: 50+
CSTM RECOMMENDATION: Legacies are cheaper and easier to just obtain in game. Yes, this allows you to select the item you want and I can see the temptation of a short cut so if that’s what you want go for it. We suggest having a few spare legendary items you keep to “harvest” legacies from. They just need to be level 30 to pull the legacy off of.
Scroll of Combination
25% Off
Increase your ‘Critical Success’ chance to 25% when combining relics at the relic forge! This scroll will work when forging any tier 2 through tier 7 relics and lasts for 15 minutes!

795
596
Store Location: Goods & Services → Legendary Items → Scrolls
Levels: 50+
CSTM RECOMMENDATION: If you are planning on crafting a really critical relic I suppose you may find these very interesting but at $4 for 15 minutes (and that’s the sale price!) I personally will be passing on these. They aren’t necessary and that’s why they get the “meh” rating.

Relic Removal Scroll
25% Off
Save your hard work! Safely unslot all Setting, Gem, and Rune relics currently slotted on the legendary item, and place the relics back in your relic pool. Crafted relics will not be unslotted.

195
146
Store Location: Goods & Services → Legendary Items → Scrolls / Relics
Levels: 50+
CSTM RECOMMENDATION: These guys will allow you to remove and save a relic you really like before destruction. These can drop in instances but I’ve heard they tend to be on the rare side. If you really are in need of one, what better time to get one then a sale?
Max Morale & Power Scroll
25% Off
Increase your total Morale and Power for 90 minutes. The amount of Morale and Power you gain is based on your level. Perfect for instances, skirmishes, and general questing!

15-225
11-169
Store Location: Buffs & Boost → Combat → Morale / Power
Levels: All
CSTM RECOMMENDATION: It is a 90-minute buff that increases your morale and power pools based on your level. Ketani tells me these are like the buffs you could buy with destiny points. I can see something like this being situational in their use so it gets a “meh” simply to let you know its there if you want it.

Just FYI, Scrolls of Combination do have a rare chance of dropping in L85 isntances, including School at Tham Miridan, and Battle for Erabor.

I guess I complete my quest pack collection with Enedwaith today, then (and the relics are a nice freebie). Next on my list: crafting guilds. Are they all equally useful?

That really depends on what class you’re running and what you’re looking for in crafting. One of the main perks, for me, with gaining guild rep and access to guild recipes is that you can make crafted relics for your LIs. And for lowbie characters, you can bypass the rep requirements for some of the high-level recipes. This has been very useful for my scholar, who can craft 25 of the level 85 potions a week with the guild recipe, and who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access the recipe at all for me, since he’s only level 50.
It’s also nice to have a guilded jeweler…
If you’re raiding a lot, though, or planning to run group content, you can generally pick up better jewelry. And the Hytbold armor has better stats and set bonuses than you’ll get from crafting the guilded armor (though some of the cosmetics are nice.)
I guess you’ll also want to consider what Legendary Items you’d like to craft…
Lots to consider! Sorry for the rambling post.

Thanks, and no apology necessary – that’s very useful.
I solo pretty much exclusively, and (thanks to alt-itis) have one character of each class (at levels from 10 up to 76), and one character focused on each profession.
It sounds like I should guild my jeweller, at least, and possibly the appropriate LI-makers as the appropriate characters reach their 50s. That will certainly stagger the cost out nicely!

Doh! I was hoping for a cosmetic sale for fashion week. Ah it will come soon enough

With the new loot from U10 I noticed the relic removal scroll drops more often. I got 3 from GB Sambrog since the update (in about 20 runs). Because you don’t need that many of them I would not spend TP on them, but just wait for one to drop.
