Player Achievements of the Week

Player Achievements

Each week we ask you to share your successes in Middle Earth with the rest of the community. Post a comment letting us know what you’ve accomplished this past week.

We will pick comments at random to read on the podcast giving you a chance for a little shout out for yourself! Our shout-outs are only as good as the information we get so remember:

  • Don’t forget to add your character name, what server you play on and, if you like, add your Kinship if you have one.
  • Please keep your posts brief. We won’t be able to read full novels of your adventures. At least make it so we can easily sum it up!
  • Do not be afraid to post any of your achievements. We don’t care if you just saved Archet or cleared out the Tower of Orthanc. We want to hear from you!

These shout outs will appear in tomorrow tonight’s recording of A Casual Stroll to Mordor Podcast. You are welcome to join us live at 9:30pm Eastern! First time joining us live? See our post on how to join CSTM’s live broadcast.

Comments for this thread will be closed after recording as this is a weekly thing. If you missed this week’s cut off, don’t fret! A new thread just like this one will appear next Friday.

This week I went back and and finished all of Volume I (take that Sara Oakheart!)

Then, for the first time on any character, I traveled out the east side of Moria and into Lothlorien, only to subsequently be sent back into Moria by the elves :) With only two more books left in Volume II, I hope to complete that by next week!

Asterose on Vilya found her first sturdy steel key and got a sweet bracelet and 5 universal healing potions as a result! Finally reducing that pile of lockboxes a tad is just an added a bonus.

WooHoo! I wont the charity auction for Child’s Play to have Pineleaf run 3 skirmishes and last night he ran with my Kindred “The Pathfinders” on Elendilmir. We lost the Ford, since the suicidal Elf Brothers ran at the end boss and one was killed in a flash, but we managed to succeed in the next 2, Tuckborough and Storm, so we were all very happy and really enjoyed our time with the Skirm Guru, Pineleaf.

Thanks CSTM for making this possible.

Calilie of Gladden finally made it to level 60, got the mail to come to Mirkwood but first I’m out to finish up Book I Volume I… I’m currently on Book 7 so it’s back to Angmar though a part of me doesn’t want to leave the Misty Mountains. I have also completed a few more deeds like the one for Bilbo’s Buttons…. I now officially HATE Goblintown with a passion due to it’s hard to read map… thanks to the Lorebook and a few other sites that had a clearer Map… I was able to figure my way out at last.

BTW I was wondering is there still a quest for Gollum? I think I remember my husband running one but I’m not sure.
