Player Achievements of the Week

Player Achievements

Each week we ask you to share your successes in Middle Earth with the rest of the community. Post a comment letting us know what you’ve accomplished this past week.

We will pick comments at random to read on the podcast giving you a chance for a little shout out for yourself! Our shout-outs are only as good as the information we get so remember:

  • Don’t forget to add your character name, what server you play on and, if you like, add your Kinship if you have one.
  • Please keep your posts brief. We won’t be able to read full novels of your adventures. At least make it so we can easily sum it up!
  • Do not be afraid to post any of your achievements. We don’t care if you just saved Archet or cleared out the Tower of Orthanc. We want to hear from you!

These shout outs will appear in tomorrow tonight’s recording of A Casual Stroll to Mordor Podcast. You are welcome to join us live at 9:30pm Eastern! First time joining us live? See our post on how to join CSTM’s live broadcast.

Comments for this thread will be closed after recording as this is a weekly thing. If you missed this week’s cut off, don’t fret! A new thread just like this one will appear next Friday.

This week on Landroval, I finally finished rebuilding Hytbold. I’m using any dailies I do for Hytbold now to get more furnishings for my house.

I also finally got a skeletal horse. I opened a lockbox on my Guardian and got the Marrow Painted Skeletal Steed. It’s been a good week.

    No news on Nimrodel.

    Landroval:
Durnric, 33 Captain did some levelling and finished all non-fellow quests in Garth Agarwen. He also played ninja and was able to gather all of the artifacts without a group to help him deal with Elite Masters. He still has to finish Temair the Terrible and then run the instances to be completely done. Otherwise he’s ready to move on to Evendim. He also got his Yule-fest mug on the last day of the festival.

    Gilrain:
Elethahil, 23 Champion did some levelling. More importantly, he joined the kin Muckin Fuddle.

Greetings. Three of my alts completed the tier 3 at Frostbluff and got the war steed cosmetics. I wish the festival ran longer so more of mine could have gotten it.

What was fantastic about this festival was that all my alts got the Wintery Yule Mounts and I started 2 new ones on Landroval, 1 on Elendilmir, and they all leveled up – one to 12, one to 17, and one to 18, basically doing the quests at Winter home. I also hat a 79 Hunter get to 80, a 23 RK get to 24 and other leveling thanks to the XP for those quests.

On Elendilmir Tolkyyn my Guard got to 85 mostly from doing the warbands for the last level. He’s now got a milestone and mailbox up at Hytbold, but since my Champ is Thane, there was no need to do everything to get the Hytbold armour.

    Keep warm!

Finished Hytbold on my mini Suzia, got my hobbit warden to 60 yesterday! And with help of my Kinnies in Remnant, as well as spending my hard earned gold etc, managed to get 2nd aged weapons and books for my 85 mini Suzia and my 85 Lore-Master Suzhran. So yeah super productive and good week! Happy New Year everyone!

It’s been a quiet week in Landroval, my home server, out on the edge of the wilds.
Despite the manifest distraction of the Yule Festival, this week was spent cultivating my reputation. Captain Siqua of Landroval reached kindred with The Inn League, Thorin’s Hall, The Council of the North, The Iron Garrison Guards, The Iron Garrison Miners, and the Weaponsmiths Guild.

Siqua, Reflector, Gurth an Glamhoth kinship, Landroval

Edgerond, Champion of Landroval, of the Rechazar Nazgul Kin has reached level 80 and is deep in the heart of Rohan. He also went back this week and completed the remaining Volume one quests in Angmar. Golodir is redeemed. Though I don’t quite feel satisfied.
