Turbine posted today on their LOTRO YouTube Channel a new video featuring the “Theme for Rohan” being played by Taylor Davis with composer Chance Thomas.
Taylor plays wonderfully and I enjoyed the video although I have to admit, I had no idea who she is. (I’m saying this a lot lately – maybe I’m just old?). So I headed to google to investigate. Her notoriety appears to stem from her YouTube and you may want to check that out is she plays a lot of video game and movie themes on her violin. Final Fantasy, Halo, Zelda, Kingdom Hearts and now LOTRO!

I’ve been subscribed to her channel for a long time now, and really enjoy her music. Chance mentioned her in the interview he had with you guys, but I didn’t know he actually worked with her on this.

She also did a video for the Skyrim music where she battled against another singer/vocalist … it’s rather cool to watch actually.
