If you have not yet purchased Moria, I would suggest buying the Moria expansion pack (not quest pack) or if possible find a retail box somewhere (< $25) instead. The expansion includes both the warden the rune-keeper and two character slots and is a better deal for the price than buying them all piecemeal like this.

Relic Removal Scroll
Safely unslot all Setting, Gem, and Rune relics currently slotted on the legendary item, and place the relics back in your relic pool. Crafted relics will not be unslotted.

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: These guys will allow you to remove and save a relic you really like before destruction. These can drop in instances but I’ve heard they tend to be on the rare side. If you really are in need of one, what better time to get one then a sale?

Recently I reforged some Leg Weaps and the relics didn’t come out. Did they used to come out or am I misremembering? I haven’t played in a while.

Prior to F2P I think (or possibly somewhere between launch of F2P and Rise of Isengard) there was a series of changes to LI’s. Among them there were a rebalancing of relics and their aquisition aiming to make it easier to reach higher tiers. When they did that they also removed the getting the relics back on reforging, since they were trying to make relics more disposable. Later they added a “Relic Removal Scroll” to the store and rare drops, that will remove the relics (exc the crafted one), for the “convenience” of saving the relics…

I got a Relic Removal scroll out of a level 80 lootbox last week. That’s going to be really nice when I want to upgrade my level 75 2nd age to a 85 2nd age down the road.

For us that are not level 75, there’s supposed to be an alternative free store item that we can use instead of the Healing Carrot. Can someone post this item and coupon code please?
