Hotfixes, especially ones labelled as server side only, shouldn’t involve updating the client software, yet when I logged in this morning, I updated both lotroclient.exe and also 688 game data files. Seems more than just a fix to Dressage, but there are no patch notes, so what gives?

All I know is that several account bound items are no longer tradable between characters and are now bound to the char that holds them. The tooltip still reads as Account Bound.
Also held flowers are now bound to the character that has them, so if you had put them all on an AH toon to sell you are screwed. Several trees have been changed to a new graphic and I noticed some armor boots have all the same shoe graphic. This is stuff off the top of my head, no telling what all has been changed, if not with this update then with the last.
