Turbine is once again doing LOTRO Store specials during the month of December. Instead of daily specials with a new item on sale each day, it looks like this year they’ve picked a few items and they will be on sale for a few days.

These specials typically hare higher than average sales for items and it looks like this year they’re not taking changes with sneak peaks of upcoming sales but having a single listing that they will update.

    I’m buying Tomes of Mount Endurance, but it seems there are no more than 3 upgrades, can’t find another Tome past the 3rd one
