Turbine is once again hosting their Pumpkin Carving Contest. This is not a LOTRO specific contest as the pumpkins can be carved for any of their MMO titles: Asheron’s Call, Dungeons and Dragons Online or Lord of the Rings Online.
Since we are a LOTRO blog here are the prizes available for the LOTRO category:
- 3000 Turbine Points for the LOTRO Store
- Custom Forum Title: “Master Carver (2012)”
- One runner-up in this category will receive a custom forum title: “Master Carver (2012)”
You can tell how talented the Turbine fans can be if you take a look at the 2009, 2010, 2011 entries! Or take a look at last year’s winner!
It also appears that the contest is also open to all players of all countries.
The contest is open to registered players who are age 18 or older with an active Turbine account. The contest begins on October 19th. Entries may be submitted until 11:59 PM Eastern Time (-4 GMT) on November 2nd, 2012.
