Starting today at noon the LOTRO Lotteries hosted on the community site will return according to a post by Sapience yesterday.
They are adding an 80-85 lottery for the folks who have reached the new end levels and they’re splitting up the lower lotteries into groups broken up by 10 levels so 30-39 (was previously like 31-45).
They are also changing when the lotteries run. Previously the regular scheduled lotteries were running three times a week but this is changing.
We’ve also adjusted the lottery start and end times. All lotteries now start and end based on this new schedule:
Monday Noon Eastern – Thursday 10:00AM Eastern
Thursday Noon Eastern – Sunday 11:00PM Eastern
They are also increasing the number of winners per lottery slightly so your chances of winning are improved.
Now I just need to remember to actually enter the lotteries! I haven’t won a lottery since July but this is primarily my fault as I forget to enter more than I remember.
See the complete list of scheduled lotteries and their times.

Apparently they are running late as I still don’t see them…

I didn’t see them until almost 1pm (eastern). I’m sure it’s just a hiccup with them getting them up and running again.

And what is with flash lotteries? Same as before (twitter)?
flash lotteries are the one with the biggest chances to win..

I’m sure the flash lotteries are back as well. Just no telling when one will strike!

I signed up for the first one, it was labeled something like prelotto lottery for lottery or some such nonsense. The rewards were low and silly, like a lvl 20 gold ring and some booze and 10 fireworks. So I wasnt that excited for it,
but imagine my surprise when the cash reward was 1gold 200 silver. nice huh?

Glad to hear they are back, I have not won in several months, and I enter all the time, so hearing they are adding more winners is a good thing.
