PC Gamer has posted an exclusive video in which Chance Thomas discusses the uses of particular instruments within the soundtrack of Riders of Rohan. tT’s a good video that not only showcases the music, but also the passion and thought that went into creating the soundtrack.
I personally thought that this video would end up being a bit boring, but once I saw characters riding over the landscape to the music I was hooked; and by the time that Mr. Thomas started speaking about the instruments I was enthralled. In the end, my only disappointment was that the video wasn’t 30 minutes longer! How about you?

Absolutely amazing! It’s amazing how much thought is put into the “feeling” that the music is invoking. I really hope they release a behind the scenes video with more in depth interviews. And of course the soundtrack on iTunes.

I agree…I could have used another 1/2 hour or more on this video but it was still really awesome.
