Looking to get into the Riders of Rohan closed beta and help not only try the new content but help find and report bugs for release? Gamespot is currently giving away beta keys!
No contest or drawing. All you need to be is a Gamespot member (registration is free) and they will hand you a code.
No idea how many of these they have or how long they will last so if you are interested I’d hop on this right away!
Remember, you cannot tell us if you are in beta so if you were able to snag one of these codes do not post about it! I suggest a silent happy dance and then start downloading the beta client!

Funny thing is if it weren’t for Gamespot I would have never played LOTRO at all. They offered beta acces to me in an email back in 2007 an the rest is history. I Don’t know if will do the beta or not we’ll see.

I have received a message that an active VIP account is required to participate. You can activate the beta key without one, but you will not be able to access the LOTRO Beta forums and download the client.

I’ve heard that for F2P players, it asks for a credit card after you apply the key, and all you have to do is say you have a game card and will enter the code later.
