Purchasing the Legendary Item Stat Upgrade delivers a Star-lit Crystal to your inventory which increases your Legendary item’s stats. Please note that a Legendary item’s stats can only be increased a total of three times. 1 use per crystal.
View the upgrade potential of your weapon by opening your Legendary Item Panel, clicking on the weapon tab of your choice, and looking at the top left portion of the window under the item icon. Each gold star represents the number of times you have used a Star-lit Crystal on that weapon.

For the Star-lit Crystal sale you might want to add the reminder that Burg bags and Champ Runes cannot have crystals added to them (Burg and Champ weapons CAN just not their class items).

Woo, been waiting for a Great River sale! Not that I have ANY character even CLOSE to that level range (starting over when I got back and then getting caught up in crafting a storm / running festival events = my characters getting no where in levels)…
But I doubt it’ll go on sale like this often, so I will need to remember to grab it on the 3rd.

Also, I remember GR being number one on the forum poll asking which area players wanted for half off (or something similar). Was Forochel number two? I remember it being high, good on Turbine for offering these two at such a deal.

This is the best sale ever. I haven’t seen this many quest packs on sale since December 2010. That, and these are the only two that haven’t yet gone on sale. I’ve managed to buy all the other quest packs, on sale. I was beginning to think that these would never make it, but here they are! Both of them!

Got my Great River too! I was afraid I’d forget, so I actually set a little reminder heh.
