Each week we ask you to share your successes in Middle Earth with the rest of the community. Post a comment letting us know what you’ve accomplished this past week. We will pick comments at random to read on the podcast giving you a chance for a little shout out for yourself! Our shout-outs are only as good as the information we get so remember:
- Don’t forget to add your character name, what server you play on and, if you like, add your Kinship if you have one.
- Please keep your posts brief. We won’t be able to read full novels of your adventures. At least make it so we can easily sum it up!
- Do not be afraid to post any of your achievements. We don’t care if you just saved Archet or cleared out the Tower of Orthanc. We want to hear from you!
These shout outs will appear in Episode 128 of A Casual Stroll to Mordor Podcast. You are welcome to join us live at 9:30pm Eastern on Saturday! First time joining us live? See our post on how to join CSTM’s live broadcast.
Comments for this thread will be closed after recording as this is a weekly thing. If you missed this week’s cut off, don’t fret! A new thread just like this one will appear next Friday.

back on my warg untill I can be bothered to level up my minstrel (for Dunland), already had a fun time scouting and I ranked up! I bought Sense Prey (track) from the store as I won’t be needing more quest packs for some time
almost finished the grind for TA (Tol Ascarnen) and TR’s (Tirith RAWR’s) first maps

After a short break from LotRO I got a character up to level 40 for the first time and started questing in Angmar. In a few more levels I’ll go and check out Forochel – can’t wait! (:

Forochel is my favorite region. I think you can go there right now since you are a warden (huzzah for wardens
).

Just took my first character to Forochel this week! My level 43 Warden (on the Crickhollow server) also worked on his virtues this week, getting all but one of his main five to level 6!

After a 3 month break from LOTRO, I came back in full force and got my Warden from 66 to 75 in less than a week. Thank you, Rested XP! Upon hitting 75 last night, my kin took me through the Draigoch run, and I landed a worn symbol and a burnt helmet token, so it was a big night all around.
Thank you to all my kin mates in Friends of Frodo, on the Vilya server for helping me get back into the swing of things!

Hi Merric and Goldenstar,
This week I have made my first in game video using fraps for the ‘I am a Rockstar Contest’ on CSTM.
I am very happy about the feedback I got and so I will make more in the future. Again a big thank you to Aifel and Lynith and to my very special Extra Naithan, who helped me shape the video.

This week I played mostly on my 75 RK Limmerien and I was finally able to get enough orthanc sigil fragments to get the Ancient Jade and Pearl Necklace. With my kinnies from Reflections of the Light and my friends in the His Way Alliance I got to run the Foundry tier 2, the Pits of Isengard tier 2, and Draigoch tier 2. Very exciting week!

Serbryt (sir-bright … the antithesis of the dums :p) became the first of his bryt brethren to both hit 60 and emerge from the darkness of Khazad-dûm into Dimrill Dale.

After getting stuck on quests west of Galtrav my RK Snodin of Landroval had better luck doing those farm quests in Starkmoor. I finished those & made it to level 69 in the Dunbog.
February 24, 2012 at 1:04 pm
Hey Rinvan, I recommend if you can, finding someone to go through some of that stuff in Dunbog and beyond, I had a hard time on my RK getting through there. Grats on 69! And try not to get discouraged, when you get to 75 it’s awesome again, lol!

I m a warden, if ya want to know

My Burglar, Rabbitses Starkfoot the Bold, recently completed his first solo Tier 2 skirmish! Looking forward to doing even more!
February 24, 2012 at 4:01 pm
After a hiatus, I came back to the game and restarted my burglar from level 65 and finally hit level 75. She is still wearing her Mirkwood armour though as none of the Rise of Isengard armor seem to be an improvement.
And it seemed to me that the Rise of Isengard, although great to look at especially near Orthanc, the expansion quests really seemed phoned in. Going in, my burglar was a level 65, a Bane of the Lieutenant of Dol Guldur, proud protector of Mirkwood, Enedwaith, and indeed all of Middle-Earth. And you want me to carry boxes and firewood how many times?

Greetings Goldenstar and Merric!
After numerous failed attempts night after night this week, I was finally able to finish The Foundry late Thursday evening on my very squishy minstrel, Gimpwife! I look forward to continuing to grow in my skills and gear and send a very big THANK YOU to everyone who has fellowed with me while I have been learning the art of healing.
Another big thank you to Mavi and her Hispania kinmates who helped me complete the instance.

After a six month absence from LOTRO I’m finally back in! My main character hit 75 last night, and I’m totally pumped to be able to do the new instance clusters! And now, I get to play with the big kids too!
