CSTM RECOMMENDATION: Isengard quest pack on sale in game is of course a thumbs up purchase. If you’ve been waiting to buy pieces of Isengard from the store, this is the time to pick it up. The purchase is account bound so all characters on all servers will have access to quest in these three regions!
Stat Tomes Tiers I-VI
Trolls pounding you into submission? Friends defeated because you can’t heal them fast enough? Then it may be time to upgrade your character’s Agility, Fate, Might, Vitality, or Will stats. Don’t worry, there are many easy ways to upgrade these stats! Level up your character. Get better gear by completing quests, crafting, and using the auction-house. Or use permanent stat boosting tomes that are dropped by enemies or purchased through the LOTRO Store. Food and drinks acquired in-game can also provide temporary boosts to your stats.

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: Stat tomes are always popular items especially when on sale.Note that this sale is for tiers 1-6 only! The limited time Tier 7 are not included in this sale. This is a purchase for 1 character only (not account wide).
These tomes can drop in game but they seem to be a bit on the rare-ish side. But it is an in-game option if you want to check the Auction House first. Note that you cannot apply a tier 2 stat tome until you’ve applied a tier 1, etc. I learned this when my Burglar won a tier 3 will tome in a lottery and wasn’t able to apply it.
Ingredient Packs
Tired of gathering miscellaneous crafting ingredients from chests and crates scattered throughout Middle-earth? Can’t locate a vendor? Take advantage of one stop shopping in the LOTRO Store and get back to crafting! Ingredient Packs are used in place of traditional ingredients, so stop the search and get to work on your recipes! Applies to Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, Artisan, Master, Supreme and Westfold profession tiers.
Store Location: Crafting → Items → Ingredient Packs
Levels: All
25-175
20-140
CSTM RECOMMENDATION: This is a short cut if your short on in-game cash or just really hate the idea of gathering materials yourself. The items you make will not be able to be traded or sold so if you plan to make something useful for others you will have to get real materials.
Scrolls of Craft Acceleration
Use a Scroll of Craft Acceleration to gain a bonus to experience earned from crafting for 10 minutes (25% bonus with a Lesser Scroll/50% bonus with a Greater Scroll)! Affects all Cook, Jeweller, Metalsmith, Scholar, Tailor, Weaponsmith, and Woodworker recipes.
Store Location: Buffs & Boosts → Advancement Buffs → Craft XP
Level: All
250-395
200-316
CSTM RECOMMENDATION: This is a way to skip the grind. It seems short being only 10 minutes but if you are fully stacked on material you can craft a whole lot of items in that time. It’s a meh as you of course could do this the slow and steady way. Note that this is only for the maker professions and not the gatherer professions of Forester or Prospector.

The ingredient packs are not so bad, if you want to get a full set of guild recipe* crafted armour or jewelry at once and do not have the necessary ingredients. You do not have to wait for the cooldowns of the special ingredients required for guild recipe equipment.
Example: for the guild tailor recipes, you need to craft a small(?) pattern of the appropriate crafting level first and then craft your guild-recipe-based light or medium armor piece. Then you’d have to wait 2 days until you can craft the next small pattern for the next piece of armour. Only if you had built enough pieces in advance you are able build the complete set of armour at once. Now the ingredient packs become very useful as they replace all the ingredients including these special ingredients with cooldown.
*Disclaimer: I don’t know, if this as changed with the recent update, but before the update this way I was able to built complete Level 50 sets of guild armor and jewelry (as I was leveling my chars and my professions synchronously, I had not been able to stack enough pre-build guild patterns and symbols). Even though the tooltip said, it cannot be used for guild recipes, I was able to do so.
