The LOTRO Store has some Fall Festival goodies making an appearance for a limited time in the LOTRO Store for folks who simply missed getting the items while the festival was active.
Assuming you may be able to wait until next fall for some of the items, I will break down what you may want to consider buying or just holding off until next festival.
These items will appear in the LOTRO Store from November 22nd until December 4th.
Festival Steeds
Two of the festival steeds are available to purchase. Whether or not you should get these horses is a tough call.

The painted skeleton steed (note this is the white and not the green) is a random drop from a daily chest inside Bilbo’s Haunted Burrow. There’s no guarantee that even if you do wait until next year that you will get the horse or that you’ll get it on the character you wish. The choice is yours to forget it and face your luck next year or just get the darn thing on the character you want and be done with it.
The Sable Harvestmath is an easier decision because whether now or next year you’re probably going to have to buy this one. The pattern Turbine has been following is have two festival horses active and a third one in the store. Since this is the 2010 mount, it is likely it will be shuffled into the store next fall festival and the 2011 and 2012 horses will be the ones to obtain with in game tokens.
Cosmetic Masks
All of the festival masks are available to purchase in the LOTRO Store for 195 Turbine points a piece.
The vendor cosmetics below are ones you purchase simply with fall festival tokens. They were easy to obtain and dropped often from the Haunted Burrow chests. If you don’t have one of these I suggest asking a friend or even checking the AH. I know at the end of the festival I had plenty to spare that I tried to give away.
Only thing that would cause me to think that perhaps they wouldn’t be in the festival next year is that last year in Winter Festival some of the cloak cosmetics were removed from the vendor to the store. It seems to be the only instance of cosmetics moving exclusively to the store and it was directly after a big overhaul of the winter-fest so that’s just an uncertainty.

The other masks are another story as they are obtained through a quest and are bound on acquire. These you won’t find extras of floating around on your server. However they are very easy to obtain while the festival is active. It’s up to you if this is worth $2 now or a bit of time spent in the festival next year.
