CSTM RECOMMENDATION: This is the sale for the folks like me who believe there is no such thing as enough wardrobe space. However, I do understand there are folks how could care less about cosmetics so their Turbine Points are better saved for another day. It gets a “meh” rating only because it really depends on the player for this one.

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: This is “meh” as well for the much the same reason as the wardrobe. Cosmetic outfit slots are great to allow more outfitting options for your character and I personally have purchased a few but are not necessary for game-play..

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: Yay for a clothing sale! However I cannot give this a thumbs up because these are simply frilly fun items and there may be more useful things you could purchase (like what I dunno… clothes are important!).
Check the store sale page as they have a listing of the clothes and a nifty mouse over for what they look like on a character. One thing I will caution you on is that some of these items are available to obtain in game either from reputation barters although the majority of the ones listed on the site are actually store exclusive..
Be an informed purchaser and visit Darzil’s LOTRO Crafting Guide – Cloaks first. If it can be earned or purchased in game. Darzil’s got your info! Nothing wrong with buying what you wish in the LOTRO Store, I just rather you know that the the item you are buying is a store exclusive or not rather than be annoyed to find out later!

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: Skip it and either find a friendly scholar to help you out or check the AH. These one time use items that can be produced in game are not worth my real life cashola. However, its is totally worth getting. I can justify using this sale if you simply have no scholar friends and the AH dye section in barren.

I have six outfit slots (including ‘equipment outfit’), but I don’t think I’ll get any more. People can’t see more than six different outfits when they inspect you anyway.
But yay for wardrobe!
