A new feature for LOTRO bloggers has appeared on the MyMiddle-Earth.net web site. LOTRO Portal is a space for LOTRO Bloggers to share their pictures, thoughts, journeys or stories with other LOTRO players.
It runs on a WordPress platform (similar to my.lotro) and easy to use. To start posting your own LOTRO adventures follow these simple steps:
- Create an account on MyMiddle-Earth.net. It’s quick, simple and free!
- Once logged in, look to the top of the site and select the “Blog Dashboard” dropdown option and select “New Post”.
- You will have the template all set to title and write up your post! One important step you do not want to miss is to categorize your post as “LOTRO Blogger” so it will be listed on the LOTRO Portal for other players to find!
That is really all there is to it! The new My Middle-earth site is has a clean look that is easy to read. I really like the new site layout. If you were looking for an alternative to my.lotro, I suggest you give this a try.

This is a great tutorial for the site. The site is also awesome and easy to use once you see how it works. I am so glad that something like this exists
