Hi Goldenstar and Merric, i’m currently listening to the new episode 97, and i think i know why they want to increase captain tanking abilities. It’s like healing for the Loremaster, so they are more useful in 3-men. Currently, if we want to run Inn of the Forsaken (for exemple) with an optimal configuration (one light, one heavy, one other), we need a heal, so it can be difficult for loremasters to find a group. And i think it might be the same think for captains and tanking.

Of course, with Isengard we (LMs) wont be able to heal a full group, but we could manage the heal for a 3-man more easily. Food for thoughts^^

Keep up the good work :)

Sadorhael

Sadorhael, Elf Hunter, finally achieved World Renown! Hurray! (And what a pretty steed ;-) )

Cheers,

Hey Guys,

My Captain on Eldar made it to 41 this week, and is now my highest level character I have had in the game. I also persuaded two friend to return to the game from WoW; so I am happy with that.

Keep up the good work, and have fun.

Hello Goldenstar and Merric. I have written in once before with a little wardrobe tip and just wanted to share a helpful LOTRO time saver. I read Merric’s recent post regarding the new Pack organizer plugin and would like to share an alternative method for pack organization. I have started to load my packs starting with bag 5, then 4, then 3, etc, putting all the stuff i always keep on my character like weapons and consumables in these bags first. This way all the “junk” you pick up filters into bag 1, then 2, etc this way you dont always have to sift through the good and the bad and reorganize after a short play session. Keep up the great work !!!

Yes, we actually do listen to you guys :)
Because of the most awful game management in the RU zone lots of people moved to the EU and NA servers. So next time you meet a person with French, Swedish or “are-you-scottish” accents bear :) that in mind :)

Wow. Every time I ran SG, I was always shocked by how bad Sauron’s eye looks in this game. There’s so much beauty in this game, and the arguably most important element in the game looks like a 16-bit import from a SNES game.

Congrats on making it through! That boss fight is a doozy.

The 2 legendary slots you dont get for free are 45, and 60 ;) The 41 legendary trait slot is the free one.

For Reference: At present. Characters which have to purchase their slots seperately get 2 Virtue Trait slots, 2 Class Trait slots, 2 Race Trait slots, and 1 Legendary Trait slot for free. You can not buy a ‘slot’ which unlocks at a level you aren’t at yet.
