Kelsen released a number of proposed changes to the Creep classes they are thinking about implementing with the upding Rise of Isengard expansion in the official Creeps forums. And while they are fairly well planned he reminds us that, “… these are just ideas- nothing [is] set in stone.” SO if there are changes you don’t like, that don’t do enough, or are right on the money you can provide feedback straight to Kelsen himself.
There are several ways to provide feedback so far, you can either post a comment on each of the official forum threads or by commenting on his my.lotro page as each list is actually a different blog post. I strongly urge for you to actually verbally reply rather than rating his blog posts as others seem to have done, since there is no way to garner any real feedback by someone just rating the changes a score of 1-5 rings.
I’m looking forward to seeing what some of our PvMP players have to say about these changes.

Interesting format for proposed changes!

Also, I noticed the individual post say “proposed book 4 updates” while the overall thread says “proposed Isengard updates” so this may be a hint that they will drop at the same time.

Good catch!

Ok, now everything says Isengrad… so it must have all been in my head. Or the Devs are watching… *spooky music here*

Too bad they had that press release(a month ago) stating there would be a full new PvMP map — and now they aren’t. Balance patches aren’t going to make PvMP any better; they need a complete revamp.

Have they actually said they aren’t going to have a new PvMP map? Pretty sure that’s still on the feature list for Isengard. Just because they’re announcing one thing doesn’t mean they aren’t doing another thing, unless I’ve missed something.

They’ve announced via Ten Ton Hammer that its not looking like its working out for RoI launch, but they’re hoping it may come soon after.

I stand corrected.
Thinking about it though, it kind of makes sense doesn’t it? How many people are going to go playing in a level 75 zone at level 65? It’s going to take a month or more for people to develop their freeps to level 75 both from XP and gear perspective. Hopefully the new zone’s just around the corner by the time the freeps start getting finished with the new level cap. gonna be a rough time for creeps though.
