Both Turbine and Codemasters are having double point promotions on their Turbine Points Bundles. These points bundles are the best deals we see for Turbine Points so this is the time to buy!
The deal gets better the more you purchase. The top tier deals is less than a penny (.007 cents for Turbine; .006 cents for Codemasters) per point!
See our post last week to see the Codemasters price chart. The Codemaster’s page does not show the double points offer but it is available. According to Dnote:
Due to the holidays we’re ensuring that promotional material is removed today, however the offer is still available when you go to purchase the points in the account system.
Codemasters does not give a end date for their promotion (although their post says “bonus point week”). Turbine’s deal ends Sunday, January 2nd,2011.

I’m from EU and let me inform you of a sad fact.
One would think that after all those fiascos, Codies would pull it together, but nooooo.
Concerning points.
If you try to buy them in-game you get a weird error. In effect you cant buy them. This forces you to visit your account page and attempt your purchase there.
Here it gets really tricky.
See the points WAAAY more on their site and it apears that they are hoping that unsuspected victims who will/have never noticed this will line their pockets. And when there will be much complaints they would say “Ups sorry, it was an error on our home page”, not go back to your game.
Earning loads of cash in the process.
This is the lowest blow I have been a part since the game launched I might say, an I have seen a lot of controversy when It comes to Codemasters.

The listing on the site is in Euros while on your account page is probably listed in Pounds which is probably the difference you are seeing. QuartermasterM tells us that the conversion equals to the same amount.

Hey I can read its euros and there are only 4 items listed instead of 5. ingame there are 5 and codem account only 4. Like the items were shifted (1 left out and wrong price jumped).
