This Burglar Roundtable was recorded on October 1, 2010. This episode was recorded with special guest burglars: Elborigorn, Sparthir, & Sidarin.
Similar to our past roundtable discussions, this is a lengthy episode but it is full of Burglar information. We discuss soloing, grouping, skirmishes, skills, traiting, legendary items and much more!
There’s plenty of information here on what a Hunters in Lord of the Rings does. There’s great tips for new and experienced players alike!
Lorebook entry on Burglar (Lists all the skills we discuss)
Unfortunately the only format this is available in is audio. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause some of you who would prefer to read.

Indeed, excellent work, and I also appreciate the roundtable series.
There’s so much experience and information in each one, I have and will occasionally listen again, especially after gaining several more levels.

I wasn’t paying complete attention when you guys were talking about it, but I thought I heard talk of Provoke causing a mes several times. Is this correct? Which trait allows this? I couldn’t figure it out.
I remember Mischievous Glee causing a stun gamble with Gambler traits but not Provoke.

Kia’s opening line for this podcast drop-dead sexy!

I heard the roundtable talking about the “crit line” in their skill rotations. What skills are these? I know if you crit you get access to ‘burglar’s advantage,’ and if you crit there you get access to ‘double strike’ – does it continue? (I’m only 30)
I read somewhere that the added damage from critting doesn’t amount to much – if so, why is it important to climb the “crit line?”

Yes- after double edge strike we have 5 more skills to choose from.
Great roundtable. Just as inspiring as the Captain and hunter. Thanks
I still can’t believe that he soloed the 190k flake dropper in Moria. Though only a warden could do that. I wonder if a Captain could.
Did anyone else have issues in the mid 30′s? I was only able to make good progress if I wen 4 deep in quiet knife for the extra dps. After lvl 40 or so it wasn’t so bad.
