Whether it is to organize the best kin party this year or have a small get together at your place, houses and kinhalls are great places for party. If you’re looking to plan an event or just a nice house to hang out it, here are a few tips and ideas for you.
First, let’s secure the most important piece of furniture for a memorable evening: the Keg. Have a Wooden Keg made by a cook or get one during the next spring festival. With that in your house, you’ll never run out of ale!
Next, light up the candles! And the fireplace. A small detail that shows your guest you took the time to get the place set for their visit.
Parties are also a great occasion to serve food. The Breakfast Table and the Festive Table are two great items for feeding your guests. If you prefer to have an outdoor event, a Small or Large Feasting Table is a must. Note that none of these items actually ‘’serves’’ food to your guests, but at least they can look at it, hehe.
You can also set up an impromptu stage, like the Bounders did at Ales and Tales with an Ornate Lorien Table. Thank you to Linett’s Lore for this perfect picture!
If you’re planning a garden party, there are some pretty nice decoration acquired from faction vendors that can transform your front yard. Add a Large Tent, a Ruined Stone Gazebo or a Stone Dais to your kinhall Enormous yard hook.
For the Huge hook, prefer the Ruined Stone Pillars or the Stone Pillars as they give more open space to receive your guests.
A Picnic Bench or a Lorien Bench could also be nice for extra seating place and don’t forget the fireworks to add some fun!
Have a great party!

Great post, but you might want to also warn your newer readers against drinking from just any keg in a kinhouse. I did this once and when my vision cleared I was at the horn in Fornost…. in my underwear.

I really wish that they’d offer some sort of minor buff if you visit someone else’s place… and maybe a skill to invite people there.
I think it would encourage this sort of stuff for a lot of people.
