When we first published the instance join list from part five of the instance dev diary we quickly had a comment from Chuck Steel saying it would be a great reference with a bit more information. I thought the idea of a printable reference sheet was a wonderful idea as I mentioned in Episode 51 and I started working on building it.
I quickly realized with my lack of much raiding experience that this effort was a bit over my head so I called in our raid specialist, Elb, to help me! With Elb’s excellent input we’re pleased to present you with a PDF reference sheet that you can easily print and post near your game station for reference!
This document is a modification of Turbine’s original instance join list with columns added for radiance required, which dungeons allow for collecting of radiance pieces, dungeon abbreviation and which quest pack the dungeon belongs to for the Free and Premium players who will not have everything right away.
This document is built with the changes F2P will bring so keep that in mind as you scan through it. Also note things like abbreviations could vary from server to server. I also included a link to Elb’s post about radiance and the 3-dread happy zone rule in case you prefer to save this pdf to your PC.
We certainly hope this is useful and if you have any suggestions for improvements we certainly are all ears!

WOOHOO!! This is getting printed off and stuck on the wall next to my monitor! Thanks to you (and Elb) for putting this together! Great reference for leveling alts, and what benchmarks to aim for with Rad scores!

Nice list! I know instance join is not 100% the same as WOW’s dungeon finder, but I love that they added it to LOTRO. It should save 10-15 minutes of travel time for some of the more out of the way dungeons.

Oh very nice! (But what does the green color mean?)

Hehe the green was just a color I chose to break up the list so it could be easily scanned by quest pack.

Good list and in printable format!
I have a possible addition, although it is not really necessary… how about including some of the locations for outside quests that are tied to these instances? I know GA has perhaps 3 or 4 quests from the outpost in GA where Radagast resides after Ost Guruth. Helegrod has 12 outside quests from various corners of Eriador.
I’ve run a raid on beta and didn’t have the “outside” quests grabbed, which really is disappointing after all of that work!
