This week was a week of big events for Goldenstar who attended Ales & Tales, the Lonely Mountain Band Album Release Party, and the Fellowship Walk events!
Elborigorn and two of his friends made characters on Landroval and we joined them to do some Volume 2 book quests.
We also ran a level 65 version of The Great Barrows – The Maze. The whole dungeon is full of zombie poison poop that’s hard to not stand in. We were able to complete the dungeon, even challenge mode!
Here’s the picture I have of Azz running from the wights in the Barrow Down’s instance (he’s on the bottom of the screen).
Merric is working on ranking his virtues with the help of Mmorsel’s Virtue Finder. His Runekeeper has hit level 40 and completely skipped Evendim. He only has the warden and hunter left to get to 40.

Raise Your Glass:
Voicemail from Eskatun of Landroval (sorry if I totally spelled that wrong!)
Ed:
Hadn’t looked much at mmorsel before this episode. Great resource! It was fun to hear my achievement read out during Raise Your Glass. Of course, I forgot to put in the pronunciation. Doh! I was trying for a Gaelic name when I created Ed, with the -bh- being pronounced as a -w-. It should be said the same as “Edward”. However, hearing “Ed B Hard” got quite a laugh out of my kin and my wife. It’s even worse on my Welsh Warden, Matholwch.
My wife and I always look forward to new episodes of CSTM. Keep up the amazing work!
Ed
Mitrhalmistress:
Hey Merric and Goldenstar. Since I ‘ve been snowed under with work I fell behind on podcasts, and just heard your hunter round table. A few
tips your readers might be interested in:
1) When doing skirmishes with waves of incoming bad guys such as the
Prancing Pony, light a fire and keep it lit. That bumps up the out of
combat regen for you and your fellowship and helps everybody not run out
of power.
2) Don’t waste a legendary trait on Find the Path speed, keep that on
another weapon. Equip it, turn on Find the Path, then equip your real
weapon. You keep the 21% speed boost even when you unequip the weapon.
Leave those other hunters in the dust!
Your panel hit the good stuff, so not much else to add.
Love your podcast. Hope your Walk makes it to Rivendell!
- Mithralmistress,
Giladir on Windfola
Musical Credits:
- “Battle of Ballylochian” by Fathom
- “Pigeon on the Gate” by Fathom
- “Swan Ships of Alqualonde” performed by Lonely Mountain Band
