- Put in the oven for 3 hours at 300 F.
- Serve with your favourite vegetables and enjoy!
Tips of the Shire:

Is there some left by the way?
September 29, 2010 at 11:51 am
Looks delicious! I have done a similar one in a slow cooker. Cassy (Kia?) is right, the liquid is imperative or the roast will dry out.
What size poast is that, about 3lbs?
September 29, 2010 at 6:15 pm
That piece was a little over 1lbs only! It can serve 3-4 girls or two hungry guys.

Or 1 hobbit.

Or 35 elves. They have the appetite of a bird, you know.

Question, where do I add the water to? Right on the beef?
September 29, 2010 at 6:13 pm
Yep, that works (for me in any case!). You could also put the water on the aluminum sheets under the beef, just be sure that is doesn’t leak by curving the sides of the sheets a little.

They always make me hungry looking at them haha
