Greetings! We wanted to let the entire LOTRO community know that the NDA on the LOTRO Beta has been lifted as of this morning, so you may see posts in the non-beta forums from beta players offering opinions and answering questions!
So yes, we were/are in the beta and we will have more information forthcoming!

Word to the wise……don’t finish anymore Deeds until F2P launches.
Currently Deeds are the only major mechanism by which one recieves Turbine Points and Turbine is not going to be giving retroactive TP for deeds completed already. Of course there is a slim possibility this may change by the time F2P launches. There is also a possibility that some other mechanism by which to earn TP (other than the monthy stipend) will be implemented but nothing has been mentioned thus far.

Inn League horse is the greatest. Rumor has it the drunk effect is going to be shorter lived, though. That would be sad. I like riding in a drunken haze, with keg refills strapped behind me in case my head starts to clear.

Merric & Goldenstar – So for weeks you’ve both been saying that you haven’t hardly had any LotRO time b/c of work, baby hobbit, etc., were you really busy or were you just spending all your game time in beta?
