The good dwarves of Germany’s Belegaer server have brought to my attention the very silly walking style Dwarves in LOTRO currently have.
Those who know me, know that I personally do not have a dwarf character. However, I am one who enjoys role-play and playing with my character. I understand why they would be annoyed with this animation so I am supporting their cause to hopefully get this changed!

We have heard that the male Hobbit run animation was getting some attention from Turbine. In this post from Sapience, they ask for more feedback on the animations. They are asking for this type of feedback so let them know you want this changed!

I actually like the hobbit run animation, male and female (because yes, I’ve heard complaints about the hobbit run animation regardless of sex). If I wanted my warden to run like a man, I’d have made her a man.
I guess I see it as adding character. Same with the dwarves.

I think they really should revisit the walking and running animations for ALL races. Each one has some weird quirk to it.

I think the video explains why my main dwarf RK & one mini are the only dwarfs in my 800+ person kin. Also has anyone ever seen a dwarf hunter? I would swear that they don’t exist.

I have a dwarf hunter alt on Brandywine! Unfortunately, I never touch him, however, because he’s, well, on Brandywine. But once F2P launches I plan to buy a tenth character slot on Landy and remake him.

I really think they need to fix the dwarf walk and the hobbit run.
Also, I think they should change the way the Male Elf stands, looks like a girl and like he is posing for a picture

Oh, and also.
We have 1 Dwarf Hunter in our kin (that is active at least)
And only a few other active dwarves, dwarf hunters are awesome too.

Maybe its just the Nimrodel server that lacks dwarf hunters.

I’ve been on Nim since Early SOA, recently left for Landy, and I can attest to that … over the years, I’ve *maybe* seen 1 dwarf hunter.
