Concerning the turtle head – you no longer have to use it, your mood changes whenever you approach it.
Also, the Fungal mushroom is usable. You will throw up when you use it.
And if you use the Ominous pool a tentacle pops up and it will dangle you for a while

This is an awesome guide! Some of these drops are very rare as well. Currently working on the heads of the Globsnaga elders – have 2/3… getting close! I have never seen the housing item drop from the Mistress though.

This is listed in Eriador trophies. The guides are split up based on which taxidermist contains the trophy.
