Episodes from 2010, Podcast

A Casual Stroll to Mordor Podcast Album Art We have returned from PAX East and this is a super short episode as we mainly wanted to let you know that we have several mini interview casts coming out in the week from the Turbine folks we were able to speak with.

See the Upcoming Interviews post for more information on what to expect! You can also see the photos we took while at PAX.

We go over the player achievements for the week and give our opinions of our very first video game convention.

I’m fairly certain you’re mistaken about what level you need to be to do the horse races. Unless they’ve changed it of course. In past festivals, I’ve been able to do horse races with alts at level 30.

I think the quest level is 35 (if you look at the quest in your log) but it is possible to get it at 30. Merric has some 30 characters, I’ll have him investigate!

Yep, you can get it at 30 and complete it although it’s red. You just can’t use the horse until you’re 35. Interesting, for sure.

Thanks, you two. :D I consider this a good thing, as it allows people who are close to get their horse token before actually hitting 35, giving them another option for a cool horse model.

can’t wait to hear the interviews guys!

Ask and you shall recieve!! it’s pronounced U – ray – less ;)

I think everytime one of you says it you pronounce it differently, but I give you credit for trying some of the names, I know I would butcher every one of them. Oh, and Goldenstar not all of us have female hobbit toons who, IMO are the easiest to name :)
