Episodes from 2009, Podcast

A Casual Stroll to MordorOur first episode is to give brief introductions to us and the characters we play in LotRO.

We are testing out our equipment as we are new to podcasting. We apologize if there are audio flaws apparent and promise to improve!

We will be submitting our podcast to iTunes very soon and will let everyone know when it is available to subscribe to.

Corrections:
When Merric suggested the LotRO Reporter Podcast for raiding information, he really meant the LOTRO Report. Both are fine podcasts but the LOTRO Report is the podcast you need to listen to if interested in dungeon walkthroughs and end game information.

We had fun making it. We’ve caught the bug to keep recording!

Welcome back to LotRO. Will have to keep an eye on y’all. Good to see another married couple gaming together. Sounds like the little hobbit wants more air time. :) Good luck!

Hey, just finished listening to the podcast. I like the introduction and hearing your take on the game. Look forward to more episodes when you get your equipment set up. By the way, on the subject of levels of geekery, if you haven’t seen the geek hierarchy yet, definitely check it out:

LOL, I guess we’ll see. We’ve seen people incorporate their kids into the shows before, but not always with great success. While she will most likely be background noise in some of our interviews (although we’ve discovered how to edit most of those out), we’re not sure she’ll be quite ready by then! However, if her profile picture is any indication (http://www.casualstrolltomordor.com/about/about-baby-hobbit/) there may be no stopping her!

hehe – I’ve started listening from the beginning and despite what you guys say, you sounded good even then :) One interesting thing I found was your trouble with the MoM expansion (looking as if you had to pay subs again) as that is *exactly* what I found hard/confusing/frustrating about the recent-ish migration was *just* that! Somethings never change :)
